To listen to the podcasts you need a software tool called an aggregator. iTunes is an aggregator tool.
Here's the address to copy and paste into iTunes:
http://podcast.bdcs.org.uk/FrankSamuela211008101130/rss.xml
- Download if needed and load iTunes
- Click on Advanced and Subscribe to Podcast
- Copy and Paste the web address (it will end with rss.xml) into the new window
- Press OK
- Listen to your podcast!If you want to download another podcast that isn't part of the original (not a new chapter) you need to repeat steps 2-4

I've just listened to the podcast and was very impressed to hear you speaking so clearly about your cooking. You obviously enjoyed your day. It made remember the delicious taste of your crumble when I was listening to you. We are all very proud of you.
